Stem-changing Verbs

Here are a couple of hints when working with Stem-changing verbs.:

1. Remember the formulas: 0 --> UE; E --> IE; E --> I
2. The best way to learn this is to memorize the verbs that follow the rules.
   
3. You need to learn the stem-changing verbs in Present Tense before you will be able to do Past Tense (which we will do this year) or Subjunctive Tense (which you will do in Spanish 4).
